Toe point is crucial for creating a beautiful line in gymnastics. Flexed feet draw the eye and create deductions in routines. Here is a good way to work the toe point and the curl of the toes to accentuate that extension. Simply grab something underneath the toes and work a strong point. Then complicate it with some motion so the gymnasts feel their legs moving and they have to concentrate to do both pieces well.
