Porcupine Pad – Low Bar Tap Swings

Do you have a set of Porcupine Pads yet?

Some little bugs learning to swing aren’t big enough to create a setting between the bars. Try using the low bar like demonstrated here. Allows for the “low bar” to be moved very easily to fit the athlete. Low bar swings are a nice way to create confidence for kids just starting the process. And allows for you as a coach to take advantage of the Porcupine Pad.
