Using the @tumbltrak T-Trainer for working bar circles is a great way to get more reps in quickly. The athlete can work their bounces up to create a nice drop position and as they finish the circle, they can return right to the T-Trainer and continue. This saves some of the kip cast energy and is quicker than doing pullover, cast turns.
