How do we get those leaps and jumps to 180 degrees!?!?
This exercise is great for working the end range glute strength for your athletes. That last little bit of pull to get the back hip open comes from this kind of strength work. Obviously flexibility impacts leaping and jumping precision. Don’t neglect the chance to get a little stronger at these end ranges though!
