Banded Ankle Stability

Ankle Stability – This is a great side station during beam workouts. This athlete generally has stable ankles, and you can see that she has to work hard and focus to stabilize. We do 20 – 30 seconds facing each direction. You can also do it single leg, with arm dance throughs, on a bosu, get creative!
