Kneeling End Range Lifts

This is an active flexibility station that increases strength at the end ranges of the athlete’s split leg lift. Doing it in the kneeling position makes it easier to maintain proper posture and alignment. Often, when this is performed in a full stand, athletes are prone to piking in the hips, bending the bottom leg, and turning their feet in. Give it a try. We do 2 x 10 Front and side, right and left.
