Elbow Slider Planks

Great Conditioning Station! Really watch for and explain the stability of the core through this exercise. Most often, you will see the rib cage flair and the upper core disengage when they try to press themselves back up. Encourage the athletes to push down to get themselves to rise back to starting position rather than trying to pull themselves forward.
Obviously encourage great leg form!
