Tap Training

Bars Tap Training!  Coach Logan Hursh has his athlete showing us a drill they like to do to develop tapping shapes and power. You can see the shape change from the open hips through to the nice candle position. The arms stay extended and the shoulders pressing away from the bar. These shape changes are vital to creating quality upper level skills on bars!
