Parallette Pirouettes

Ever do parallette pirouettes like men’s p-bars?

This is a great way to train the weight shift, body alignment, and handstand control for pirouettes on bars. This takes some effort and practice to improve on the control and consistency. Do not expect them to make and control handstands through the whole pirouette right away.
