This drill is simply for coordinating the body tension through the turn of a blind change/blind full.
Concept that was used with this particular athlete was trying to turn in a 7/8’s of a handstand body position. I wanted her to feel like she didn’t quite finish the body shape extension for her handstand and turn. This helped significantly when trying to keep the chest fans shoulders from opening too much and killing the turn.
