Back Handspring Shoulder Tension Drill

@xquisiteteam and Lindsey Stancil shared with us this great Back Handspring Shoulder Tension Drill. This is a a drill and an action that can actually be useful on all events and for multiple skills. You are gently bouncing the Tumbl Trak to create movement. This forces the gymnast to pay attention to not just their strong line from wrists to shoulders to hips all the way to toes, but also requires them to work their tension as well. The bounce will cause the body to wiggle and bend and slide around if the gymnast does not work that full body tension. This is a good one!
