Toe Handstand – Timing and Shaping Drill

Great drill for working Toe Handstands! You can see that this drill is working the drop pressure and timing, while also attacking the pressure, tension, shape and timing of the toe off section of the skill. One of the major problems that arise with athletes learning a toe handstand is that they want to rush the front and pull themselves to handstand. This often creates a weak pressure and shape and inhibits the ability to create strong skills out of the base toe handstand. Great drill and thanks for sharing @coach_ian !
