The @tumbltrak Perfect Placement Floor Bar is an awesome tool for athletes learning pirouettes! In this video, I asked the gymnast to start her handstand with one hand in each red section, lift and place her pirouette hand in the light blue, and then finish her pirouette to the dark blue section. The colored visual is great for creating specific action on the skill.
