Glute/Hamstring Activation for Vaulting

First clip is to work on glute and hamstring activation from roundoff compression to the shape change to take-off. The second one is to use this feeling and create the full shape change from compression to table entry.

This is a great and unique way to really help the gymnasts understand how to engage certain muscles and create better tension overall. Tension and activation of certain muscles can go overlooked or underdeveloped quite often. The Tumbl Trak supplies a forgiving and gentle training option for this drill.
