Glide Shaping and Pike Pendulum Swings

Thanks @lagoldgymnastics for sending these kip drills! All three versions are using the Tumbl Trak Open Shoulder Trainer.

The goal here is to work the long extension and creating the shape change to hollow without closing the shoulders and creating slack in the upper body. This is especially important in the last version where the athlete lifts their toes to the bar and holds the V pendulum swing.
Many athletes will do poor kip casts because they close shoulders when they bring their feet to the bar and subsequently “finish” their kipping action too soon.
