Banded P-Bar casting drill. This is a great station if you have p-bars available in your gym. Take a band and tie it off between the two rails of the p-bars. The band should be pretty tight and strong tension rating. Athlete does a normal casting action with a lean and piked compression and uses the band to help assist the bounce of the hips to give them a little extra power on the rise. This is a simple but very effective way to work all the balance and coordination of the casts.
