Nastia from @lagoldgymnastics shares with us a couple of drills for the 1-2 release on bails or overshoots. She is actually using her hand to place pressure on top of the athlete’s hand to really encourage that 1-2 release as well.
The 1-2 can be so beneficial for creating turn towards the low bar and also allowing for a little more turnover between the real ease of the two hands.
