I posted a similar Pak Salto drill a month or two ago… but wanted to share the coach spotted version off a block. Simpler to set up and still very effective.
One of the major benefits is the concept of stopping the feet without counter-rotating them down. Simplify the skill, toes up, and then just an upper body extension open to look for the bar.
The toes being a little higher and not dropping for release creates less need for an excessive arch to get the hands and eyes to the bar.
