Quarter Turn Levers – Cartwheel Drill

Build better cartwheels with these two movements. The first exercise is a back lever + quarter turn. This exercise strengthens the lunge and kick leg isometrically while reinforcing body alignment. Make sure to train both sides!

The second drill applies the same body positions in first quarter turn of a cartwheel. Ava has to create speed from the lever position, so her kick leg needs to be active. Additionally, she can only turn and finish square if she is maintaining alignment.
