BHS Tension Bounces
Back Handspring Tension Bounces are simply trying to give the gymnast feedback on their body tension through the BHS action. You should not exclusively train these long feet back actions, but doing some of them to give feedback to the athletes can be super valuable. Gymnasts can also benefit by working various angles to the floor so they understand how to change their rebound direction. This is a great tool.
