Shilese Jones has had a tumultuous year.  She lost her father.  Moved from Ohio, back to her childhood gym (Ascend Gymnastics in Auburn, Wa.).  Started working with new coaches Sarah Korngold and Brett Wargo.  Then represented Team USA in Jesolo, Italy.  Took second place AA at US Classic and US Championships.  National Floor and Uneven Bars Champion.  Qualified for her first World Championships.  Became a World Champion when Team USA won the team competition.  World Championships Silver Medalist in the AA and the Uneven Bars.
